The first 2 hours
The first 2 hours were spent on 'encouraging - inspirational videos.' Touching base with #YouTubers like Max Levchin and TJ DeVries strengthened my willpower to move into the actual tutorials.
VS Code vs. Vim
The mindset in #VS_Code is to use it, not to learn it! Learning Vim (NeoVim) starts by understanding and learning the keybindings first. I think I have an edge there, as I already know and have practiced quite extensively in the past see this blog
Collateral learning
While taking these notes, I also practiced my #markdown skills. A collateral learning type of added value. Even though I use markdown with #obsidian, the editor of #mataroa has no automation and makes practicing more effective.
Next Step
My next goal is to dive into learning and configuring #NeoVim with #lua. Again, I will keep notes on all exciting and supplemental topics during learning.
